Booking Policies

All bookings must be made in advance to secure your preferred time slot for carwash services.

Cancellation Policies

We understand that plans can change. To better serve all our clients:

📅 Appointments & Booking

• Appointments can be made online or by phone.

• Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

• A valid credit card is required to hold your booking.

• Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

⏱ Arrival & Service Windows

• Our mobile team operates within a 30-minute arrival window of your scheduled appointment.

• Please allow between 2.5 to 4 hours for a full Complete Detailing Service.

• If we arrive and the vehicle is not accessible, it will be treated as a no-show (see below).

🚫 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will qualify for a full deposit refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund for the deposit.

• No-shows or cancellations at the moment of arrival will result in a nonrefundable deposit.

• Appointments may be rescheduled once without any fee, as long as we get a 12-hour notice.

☀️ Weather & Safety

• In the event of severe weather (rain, wind, extreme heat) that affects safe service, appointments will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

• TES-LA Carwash reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to safety or equipment issues.
